The Foundation of the teacher
training program and workshops includes, but is not limited
to, the 8-limbs of Yoga,
the Chakras and Living/Practicing with Awareness. The main intention
for the offerings is to bring awareness to our lives in a way
that has meaning - living our life on purpose, with intention . . .
discovering what feeds our soul!
When we investigate our lives, existing with awareness and
curiosity, taking responsibility for our choices ... we are choosing to
live an authentic life. Yoga (on and off the mat) contributes, in a very meaningful way, toward
living authentically.

Gayatri Mantra
We contemplate the glory of Light illuminating the three
worlds:
gross, subtle, and causal.
I am that vivifying power, love, radiant illumination,
and divine
grace of universal intelligence.
We pray for the divine light to illumine our minds.

Pema Chodron writes in her book, When Things Fall Apart: It is said that we can’t attain enlightenment, let alone feel contentment and joy, without seeing who we are and what we do, without seeing our patterns and our habits. This is called maitri—developing loving-kindness and an unconditional friendship with ourselves. |
